The cottage has been a fantastic project for BDS Architecture Ltd to work on, from the design, building an extension through to the complete interior renovation. Our clients liaised about everything remotely as they live in San Diego California! They wanted the cottage renovating for sentimental reasons as well as having a base in their home town of Belper, Derbyshire. The clients are super delighted with the end result despite living over 5'000 miles away!
The main entrance reception room, all cosy with a log burner and bespoke hand made built in cupboard. The whole cottage was completely replastered with new electrics and heating.
The new kitchen, a complete transformation!
One of the three bedrooms, complete with fitted wardrobes and cupboards. Small yet maintaining the cottage character and features.
New shower room and bathroom, part of the new extension.
